- Login as siteadmin
- Go to Store Dashboard > Order Management > View Order
- To help to locate an order you may use the filter to display order by Status [Payment Pending Verification]
- Click on the Order Number to view the seleted order details.
- Go to [Paymentbox], click [View]
- Verify the payment details
- Click [Accept Payment]
- An auto email notification will send to customer by system.
- Order status now updated to [PaymentReceived].
- Order is now ready to pack.
