- To insert hyper link, select the anchor text, click at [Insert/Edit Link]
- At the pop up window, key in Link URL
- To open the link at the new window, select Target [Open in This Window / Frame]
- To open the link at the new window, select Target [Open in New Window]
- Click [Insert]
